Barbara Berkeley, MD, discusses about Beyond Diet and lifestyle change to reach your goals and ultimately maintain them.
She has a great article about a strange word EUDAMONIA: which is a sense of having accomplished something truly profound. She believes that eudamonia is what separates those who just diet from those who become different people at the end.
I couldn’t agree more and I feel this way about being on the Beyond Diet Program myself. I have changed the way I eat and I finally feel better than I have in years.
